Access Denied Error in Event Viewer on a DB2 .DLL

Troubleshooting


Problem

The Event Viewer often receives an error and a popup message where a DLL file cannot be found during the event DLL_PROCESS_ATTACH along with access denied.

Symptom

The specific error message in the Event Viewer is as follows:
