Error description
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: several Calendar Reschedule notices were not processed correctly When the Invitee Accepts the Reschedule a response is sent to the Chairperson of the Meeting, but the Meeting document in the Invitee's Calendar is NOT updated. TROUBLESHOOTING: I opened the customer's Mail database - ran Designer LotusScript debugger while Accepting Reschedule - did not see any obvious errors - list of invitees, addresses - it is being partially processed it generates an email back to the Meeting Chairperson it changes the $NoPurge field to the resched date = 04/07/2009 the original Meeting date is 04/09/2009 Reviewed Reschedule document: $cstrack - Participant Action(Accept) by Notes Client on <user name> $NoPurge - 04/07/2009 02:30:00 PM EDT #REF - ...F952 ApptUNID - "...F952" CalendarDateTime - 04/09/2009 02:00:00 PM EDT StartDateTime - 04/09/2009 02:00:00 PM EDT StartTimezone - "Z=5$DO=1$DL=3 2 1 11 1 1$ZX=29$ZN=Eastern" ENVIRONMENT: Win 2003 Domino 702 (20), notes 702, dwa7 several Reschedule notices were not processed They still have the option Respond / Accept - if you delete, then reinvite the user it works - other invitees can accept and it updates mail db - user did not decline initial invite - recreated invitee's calendar profile - Invitee and Chair use same mail server, domain, Notes Client to manage calendar - under quota - Invitee was not renamed or recertified - Intermittent issues : how often does this happen - 95% PASS
