LO39648: DWA: BHO(BROWSER CACHE MANAGEMENT) DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH D WA7

Error description

• Problem Description:
  On 8.0.x, BHO(Browser cache Management) does not work properly
  with DWA7. Its behavior is unstable, bho related notification
  message often appears and/or
  get command for downloading dwabho.dll sometimes happens even if
  it is already downloaded, for example.
  
  Environment:
  
  8.0.x
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Install/Configure 8.0.x environment, for example 8.0.2
  2. Place necessary DWA7 related files to the above environment,
  then restart domino server
      Note) dwabho.dll packaged into 8.0.2 is used as it is.
  3. Create a dwa7 user with dwa7.ntf
  4. Log in a dwa7 user via web, then install "Browser cache
  Management".
  5. Log off a dwa7 user
  6. Repeat log in and log off, then make sure that you'll see
  unstable behavior of BHO.

  Per development: The version number of BHO DLL should be
   consistent with Forms template. Thus 8.x BHO DLL should not
   work with 7.x Forms template.
