Error description
Our customer is requesting that Notes and Domino ship with more current versions of OpenSSL and specifically ssleay32.dll - once Notes loads its version of ssleay32.dll, other applications won't load their version (which is often more recent/current), will try to use the already-loaded (old) Notes-shipped-version and can fail to function or do not function as expected.
