LO38827: ALLOW USERS TO CHANGE DEFAULT SPACING FOR NEW MAIL MESSAGES

Error description

• Customer wants to compose emails and replies with a line (or
  inter line) spacing of One and a Half rather than Single which
  is the default.  The users can change the default value before
  typing into the Body field of a Memo, Reply or Reply with
  History by selecting the "Text"  choice on the menu bar at the
  top of the Notes window, then selecting  "Spacing" in the drop
  down list, then finally clicking the "One and a Half" value.
   This is very tedious for them so they have requested that the
  default value for inter line spacing be one and a half for their
  email databases.
