APAR status

Error description

• Calls to the gateway doesn't correctly work even with the '&'
  encoded.
   A parameter contains & in its value, like one of our customer
  has in its parameter: industries=1 & 2
  The & is not encoded when sent to the backend. Hence the
  response is not expected as the parameter value is not honored
  as intended.

Problem summary

• The & is not encoded properly by the gateway, causing an
  unexpected response from the backend.
