Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to import a deployment from a previous version into the current verion, for any application, get the below error message.
Symptom
Unable to import application 'datastores/datastore_name/applications/application_name' - the application may be corrupted, you should restore it from a database backup.
PEL:
COM class (RichClientAdmin) is not registered.
CMC SOAP query has failed.
CM-REQ-4159 Content Manager returned an error in the response header. The error "cmAuthenticateFailed CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered at login." can be found in the response SOAP header.</Messages><TraceInfo><Trace Text="CMCGenericSoap.cpp(59)
