Problem summary
This is a compile time abend problem. A client with large piece of code may encounter this abend when compiling using optimization. Due to the size of the code being compiled, the compiler was running out of memory because some of the memory used for variables were not being freed after they were done with.
Problem conclusion
The memory that was not being freed is now being freed.
