Troubleshooting
Problem
Administrator launches "Controller Configuration", and opens section "Database Connections". Administrator highlights database and clicks green "play" button. The "Database Conversion Utility" opens. Administrator clicks "Create Db". This works OK. Administrator then clicks "Run Steps". An error appears at step nnn.
Symptom
Example:
Error 429 (Hex 1AD) ActiveX component can't create object
Error in Run Steps log screen:
...
Running General Database Upgrade to Version 814
Database Upgrade is aborted due to error in processing
Error -429 ActiveX component can't create object
CurrentDB Version is 363
