Troubleshooting
Problem
The gateway is trying to insert a record and one or more of the columns in Oracle isn't larger enough to hold the value being passed. i.e. the gateway is trying to insert 16 bits into a database column able to hold 4 bits.
Symptom
The gateway log file shows the above error message and the record is not inserted
