LI72967: UNABLE TO EXIT FROM USS SHELL (OS/390) SESSION AFTER STARTING DAS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• User unable to exit from USS shells (OS/390) session  using
  'exit' command after starting DAS (DB2 Administration Server for
  z/OS) using 'db2admin start 'command.  When try to exit system
  shows a messae "FSUM2370 The shell process ended, but the
  session did not end automatically".
  
  This problem occurs because terminal descriptors remain opened
  when DAS is started
