Error description
When O5 is used to compile source files, segmentation fault error may occur during code execution.
Local fix
Use O3 instead
Problem summary
Users will be affected when compiling and linking C++ programs which contains static constuctors/destructors with data initializations at optimization levels -O4 or higher. The compiler generates redundant DATA initialization codes when processing the implicit reference table for such constructors/destructors. This apparently confused the code generator and bad object code was generated. As a result, semgentation fault occurs at runtime.
Problem conclusion
A fix will be developed and applied to a future PTF.
Temporary fix
