If sitelevel="true" is set in wc-server.xml, after the shopper switches stores, the store_id in WC_USERACTIVITY cookie does not update as expected. This was caused by some code change in WebSphere Commerce Version 7 Fix Pack 9 Cumulative Interim Fix 5 (JR57861.fp).
