APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After you upgrade to IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) V8.5.7
CF2017.06, you notice an issue with the Responsive Process
Portal URL. The URL in the browser address bar is incorrect if
the IBM Process Portal URL is configured to not require a port
number. The protocol and host are appended as a prefix. As a
result, the browser's refresh button doen't refresh the page as
expected.

The following examples illustrate the correct and incorrect
formats of the URL:

protocol://your_host/.../ProcessPortal/dashboards/SYSRP/RESPONSI

Incorrect
protocol://your_host/protocol://your_host/.../ProcessPortal/dash
