Error description

• Pressing the keys Ctrl+c to copy, Ctrl+v to paste, Ctrl+a to
  select all, or Ctrl+z to undo an action doesn't work for visual
  snippets in IBM Integration Designer V8.5.7. You can, however,
  right-click the mouse and select these actions.
  

Local fix

• Use the UI controls instead.
  

Problem summary

• Interim fix JR52017 introduced a fix that removed some keyboard
  listeners from the visual snippet editor. In certain
  environments, the visual snippet editor would not open. The fix
  did not initialize the the remaining keyboard listeners in the
  editor.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for Integration Designer V8.5.7 that
  initializes the keyboard listeners for the visual editor
  shortcut keys so that they remain functional.
  

Temporary fix

• Use the UI controls instead.
