Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Transfer - Export Structures". User exports structures. At the end, the Windows "Export Ready" Window appears. Inside that window, there is an error.

PropertyAccessException 1: org.springframework.beans.MethodInvocationException: Property'outputModelDAO' threw exception. nested exception is java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: ocijdbc10 (Not found in java.library.path)!
