Error description

  • If you have a service (such as an integration service) with
input variables that have default values, the default values are
not used if you change the input mapping of the integration
service from a non-null value to blank in the web IBM Process
Designer. The input variable value is <empty> instead of the
    default value.

When you initially author the process, the default value is
correctly used inside the integration service if you don't
    specify the input mapping value.

    PRODUCTS AFFECTED:
IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Advanced
    IBM BPM Standard
    IBM BPM Express
