Error description
After you request for a password reset for your storefront login, a validation email is sent. When you click the validation link that is in the email, you are directed to the Change password page. When you are on the Change password page, if you navigate away from the page (for example, go to a category instead of entering a new password) WebSphere Commerce does a forward instead of a redirect. This action causes the category page to load, but still shows the Change password input information. Since the forward returns a 200 response code with the category/product URL, which Akamai considers as a cacheable request, Akamai caches the category URL with the incorrect contents.?

Problem conclusion
When password is expired, change the logic to redirect the shopper to the Change password page if the shopper tries browse the store without changing the password. Akamai will no longer cache the URL since the response is changed from 200 OK to 301 redirect.
