LO91562: INVALID NOTE ID MESSAGE SENDING MAIL WHEN BLANK NOTEID EXIST IN PREFERENCES

Error description

• The message is still sent after the error is displayed.
  
  This is reproduced using the 90 Mail Template .  This is
  easiest to reproduce using the Categorized Inbox. The noteid
  placeholder ($fwdID) causes the Failutre message "Invvalid Note
  ID" if the Reply button is used on a non selected document. and
  will remain in that state until you select a document and
  choose reply, which will cause the $fwdID value to be the
  currently selected document (email).
  The issue is not reproduced in 8.5 template code. The code that
  reads the fwdID does not run with a new memo when the value is
  NT000000 ( blank Note ID ).
  
  Note: In the 853 template the tmpclosestate is 1024 and this
  will change the actininprogress call to the ClosereplyForward
  which is not called as it is in the 90 mail template.
  

Local fix

• Select an email and click on reply, you can then escape out
  without replying to the message selected and continue with
  creating a New Message.
