New 64-bit installation of IBM Cognos Business Intelligence on Windows 2008 Standard (64-bit) or Windows 2008 R2.
Cognos BI Configuration connection test to content store passes but the following error occurs within configuration after the service was started.
CM-CFG-5077 Content Manager is unable to load the required library CMCacheLib.dll. Ask your administrator or customer support about fixing the link error CMCacheLib (.\CMCacheLib.dll is not a valid Win32 application. )
