Problem
When elements are deleted in the IBM Rational Rhapsody version 7.5.1 Block Definition Diagram, the frame containing the elements does not resize itself.
Symptom
In Rhapsody version 7.4, deleting the elements in a frame results in auto-resizing of the frame; however, in Rhapsody version 7.5.1 the frame does not resize automatically.
