Attempts to use Configuration Management utility from IBM Rational Rhapsody v7.5.1.1 results in a license error "FEATURE name RPCM with version 2010.0314 cannot be found"
Symptom
A license error message pops up on the screen while using the Configuration Management utility in Rhapsody.
