Error description
The following exception occurs when trying to create a mail rule from Web browser setting webmail for ui. HTTP Web Server: Exception - Lotus Notes Exception - Document has invalid structure The same kind of problem has been reported as the SPR # KKOO8ZYCAG. 1. Set Domino HTTP server so that [Use UTF-8 for output] is set to "Yes." This is what is different from KKOO8ZYCAG. 2. Access mail database from Web browser setting webmail for ui by accessing http://[server_host_name]/mail/[mailfilname]?OpenDatabase&ui=web mail 3. Create a new mail rule. 4. Try to the save the rule, the following exception occurs at Domino server console and you cannot finish saving the rule. HTTP Web Server: Exception - Lotus Notes Exception - Document has invalid structure While the problem of KKOO8ZYCAG occurs when not using UTF-8 for output and when the version of mail design is 8.5.x, the same problem occurs even when using UTF-8 for output if mail design is 9.0.1.
