Error description
Addressing Fields are put in a table when Reply with History or Forward Notice message. Steps to reproduce: 1. You receives any Invitation or Group Task whose Form is "Notice" or "Task". 2. Open Inbox and select the message and select [Reply with History Only] from folder action. 3. You'll see a New Message and the Body of the main/received document is put in a collapsible section. 4. Required or Optional addresses are put in a table. 5. You receives any normal message whose Form is "Memo" or "Reply". 6. Open Inbox and select the message and select [Reply with History Only] from folder action. 7. You'll see a New Message and the Body of the main/received document is put in a collapsible section. 8. To or cc addresses are put as just texts not in a table. You can reproduce this when the message has No Form item. In addition, you can reproduce this with Forward action.
