Error description

• Customer is reporting an issue with Erratic behaviour of the
  scroll bar in a Java View Applet when using lots of documents.
  The scrollbar problem seems to increase substantially if the
  database has a huge amount of documents.
  For instance, starting with a database with 500 documents and
  adding documents continuous.
  500 documents:
   pulling the scrollbar to any position -> jumps to top
      pulling to bottom -> jumps to end -> OK
  20.000 documents:
   pulling the scrollbar to any position -> jumps to top
      pulling to bottom -> jumps to end -> OK
  150.000 documents:
   pulling the scrollbar to any position -> jumps to top
      pulling to bottom -> jumps anywhere or to top but never to
   the bottom
