LO79887: AJAX TYPE AHEAD DOES NOT ALLOW SELECTION OF OPTIONS WITH MOUSE IN IE 8 AND 9

Error description

• The issue is that in IE 8 and 9, you can only select the first
  option in the AJAX type ahead.  This doesn't appear to be an
  issue in Chrome or FF.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  Run the attached model in IE 8 or 9
  Click once in the input field to give it focus
  Type a character so that the select displays several options.
  Use the mouse to try to click on an option other than the first
  one.
  The first option is highlighted and selected even when clicking
  on other options.
