LO78932: HTTP ACCESS LOG RECORD HAS WRONG ELAPSED TIME VALUE

Error description

• In the customer's site, the following access log was recorded.
  There are no reproducible steps. And it is one time occurrence.

  Elapsed time recorded as 4294967295. (0xFFFFFFFF)
  At this time, domino worked nornally.
  The customer restart domino server everyday.  So the value is
  not correct.
  
  For this incorrect value 429467295 (0xFFFFFFFF) , HTTP statistic
  "Http.Worker.Total.RequestsProcessed" also report incollect
  value.
  The customer use this http statistics as health check of domino.
  So the customer want to change domino's behavior to discard such
  a incorrect value when domino calculate
  "Http.Worker.Total.RequestsProcessed" stats.
  If domino can treat such a incorrect value  as null (0) , HTTP
  statistic "Http.Worker.Total.RequestsProcessed" will return
  correct value.
