LO78187: DATABASE OPEN ERROR OCCURS FREQUENTLY WHEN NCLREPL IS RUNNING

Error description

• A number of database open error messages have been displayed in
  server console. In business hours, serveral messages are output
  per a minutes in different mail databases. All messages are
  output by nClrepl task and nServer task is opening the
  databases.

  D:\Lotus\Domino\data\mail\xxx.nsf: Database is currently in use
  by you or another user
  
  Recently customer's administrator noticed the messages. This
  seems to be happening long ago. Cluster replication seems to be
  working ok and no problem has been reported by the end users,
  but customer wants to know why the error messages are
  frequently displayed and the way to resolve the issue.
