Troubleshooting
Problem
When you deploy an application with XSLT maps on WebSphere Process Server V7.0, you might observe long deployment times (on average, three minutes per map).
Symptom
Deployment through the administrative console takes longer than normal and, occasionally, times out with or without the following FFDC exception:
FFDC Exception:java.net.ConnectException
SourceId:com.ibm.ws.ar.util.ArtifactURIConverter.createInputStream
ProbeId:95
Reporter:com.ibm.ws.bpm.cmdfrmwrk.resource.NormalizingArtifactURIConvert
