Error description

  • Traveler was not properly handling some attachments.  When the
    email synched to the device, only the attachment name was
    displayed, and the attachment data was not actually included.
    The user could not click on anything to download the attachment.

Problem summary

  • Customer reported that attachments in a Phone Mail message were
    not synced to the Mobile device.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The Notes Traveler server was updated to handle syncing
    attachments in special document types like phone messages.
