Error description

  • Attendee / Chairman name with certain non-English chars in iCal
    data from client were not getting parsed correctly by Traveler
    resulting in the duplicate reply notice (as plain mail).
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • When the meeting chair or attendee name has national language
    characters, the reply notice for accepting or declining a
    meeting from a Mobile device may get sent twice, with one copy
    being plain text.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The Notes Traveler server was updated to handle this scenario
    correctly and only send one rich text copy of the reply notice.
