Error description

  • When customer migrating/converting the Outlook (.pst) mail file
to Notes file (.nsf) via Notes tool (nupgrade 3), Calendar
meeting description in Thai language characters will be
garbled. Customer have a problem when calendar meeting have a
description only (Thai characters).

Customer already changed the OS regional setting to Thai.

OS: Window 7, Windows 2003, Windows 2008
Outlook: MS Outlook 2003 , MS Outlook 2007 , MS Outlook 2010
Notes client: Notes client 853, Notes 9.0
