LO75795: MEETINGS FROM GOTOMEETING.COM ARE WRITTEN TO SERVER REPLICA DESPITE LOCAL LOCATION DOC

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• Switch to a Notes location doc that specifies the mail file is
  on Local, but leave Notes connected to the network/server.
  Create a 30 day trial account at gotomeeting.com.
  Click the Schedule a Meeting button (on gotomeeting.com) and
  pick a time/date in the future.
  It will try to create a meeting in your Notes calendar.  If
  everything is right it will actually create the calendar entry,
  but on the server replica instead of the local.  If the server
  is unreachable it will error out as in SPR TTAN97ZPRG/APAR
  LO75456.
  Customer wants it to create on the local replica so offline
  access will work.
  

Local fix

• Must create meetings while connected to server.
  

Problem summary

• This APAR is closed as FIN. We have deferred the fix to a
   future release.
