LO71210: MAIL ENCODING BY "ISO-2022-JP" IN TRADITIONAL OS

Error description

• Domino Server:8.5.2 (Traditional Chinese language package
  installed)
  OS:traditional windows 2003
  
  Notes Client:8.5.2 traditional chinese
  OS:traditional Chinese windows xp
  
  (1)new a memo,input mail subject such as "ￏ  y ﾠ  ". The "ￏ  Y
  is simple Chinese
  character.
  (2)Send the mail to internet. Recipient can receive the mail
  correct.
  
  
  (3)new a memo again,open the sent mail in (1), select the
  subject character "ￏ  y ﾠ
    " and copy them. Paste "ￏ  y ﾠ  " into mail subject. Send toￔ?
  same recipient
  (4)The second mail subject shows abnormally.
  
  I view the mail page and find the problem is caused by the
  second mail subject
  is encoded by "ISO-2022-JP". The correct one should be "GB2312".
  The problem only occurs in traditional environment.
  Not all chinese characters have this problem. It occurs with
  some chinese
  characters such as "   Q   ?","ￏ  y ﾠ  ","ﾁY  ﾈ  ?".
  The problem occurs when I copy and paste these characters.
