Error description
Running the NICE tool to perform a Notes Client cleanup will cause the Registry Keys for Expeditor to be removed. All the Keys under the Expeditor key are removed as well. Installing Notes will recreate the key which is fine and allows for a clean Notes Client install but, any effort to install a Fix Pack or Hot Fix to other Expeditor applications will fail because the registry entry is missing. In the bitmap below this key was removed by the NICE tool. This is preventing ISSI deployment of the Symphony Fix Pack for 3.0.1 and will also error when installing Sametime.
