LO70610: THE OWNER OF MAIL DB WAS UPDATED BY THE EDITOR.

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• The same mail database is used by two or more users.
  The administrator changed an owner of a preference.
  Then, when the administrator opened preference again, an owner's
  value had returned.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Create users.
  Ex.
  Notes Admin, Domino Admin, Notes User01
  
  2. Create the mail database used by two or more users.  ( The
  owner of mail database is Notes Admin. )
  
  3. Set the users in ACL of the mail database.
  Ex.
  Notes Admin: Manager
  Domino Admin:Manager
  Notes User01:Editor
  
  4. Notes User01 open the mail database.
  
  5. Select [Action - More - Preferences..]
  "Notes Admin" is displayed on an owner's field of [Mail -
  Basic].
  
  6. Click [Cancel] button.  Don't close a mail database.
  
  7. Notes Admin open the mail database.
  
  8. Select [Action - More - Preferences..]
  
  9. Change the owner of a mail database to "Domino Admin" from
  "Notes Admin".
  
  10. Click [OK] button, and save a preference.
  
  11. Notes User01 re-open a preference.
  "Notes Admin" is displayed on an owner's field of [Mail -
  Basic].
  
  12. Click [OK] button, and save a preference.
  
  13. Notes Admin open the mail database.
  
  14. Select [Action - More - Preferences..]
  "Notes Admin" is displayed on an owner's field of [Mail -
  Basic].
  
  Notes User01 is Editor.  The editor does not have the authority
  to change the owner of a mail database.
  However, the owner of a mail database has changed.
