We could not reproduce this crash on Citrix in house.
However, in a customer's environment, this problem occurs at 1
time of a rate in 2 times.
When we try to setup Notes client on not Citrix (ex. Windows
environment) with ID file on the file server, this crash is NOT
    reproduced.
So it seemed that this crash occurred on Citrix environment.

Local fix

  • Enter the file path of ID file (ex.
\\servername\dirctory\filename) to "File name" field directry in
    Step 6.
