Error description

• When tracing a Domino server with ipv6 address in server
  console, though it connects server at last, some errors appear:
  
  Checking for [3FFE:A::64]:13726 on TCPIP using address
  '[3FFE:A::64]:13726'
  Unable to connect to [3FFE:A::64]:13726 on TCPIP (Unexpected
  TCP error.  See the Notes log file on this system for error
  code.)
  
  Checking for [3FFE:A::64]:13726 on new using address
  '[3FFE:A::64]:13726'
  [3FFE:A::64]:13726 is the address of server CN=june/O=flow
  
  Connected to server june/flow

  It seems that the error occurs when ipv6 address is used on
  TCPIP port and in fact the TCPIP port binds an ipv4 address.  If
  disable TCPIP port(stop port tcpip), the error will disappear.
  Same error occurs when sending internet mail to outbound.  I
  think the reason is that router try to send mail via both TCPIP
  and IPV6 port, but in fact router lookup SMTP hub server in IPV4
  address, so if it try to use IPV6 port to route message, the
  error occurs.
