Error description

  • Customer reported that sometimes when creating calendar entries
    on an Android device they calendar entries do not sync to the
    server.  Problem does not happen all the time.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Customer reported in some cases a calendar entry created on an
    Android device would not sync to the server calendar.  This
    problem was not seen on other device platforms.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The problem was found to be an issue processing the calendar
    entry if it had special characters.  The Lotus Traveler client
    for Android devices was updated to handle this scenario.
