Error description
The end user performed an upgrade. As part of the upgrade, the delete the entire workspace, eliminating any previous plugins. At some point later, some plugins were provisioned, requiring a client restart. From analyzing the NSDs we can see the following: The 1st NOTES2 process initiated a restart At the point the 2nd NOTES2 process was started, the 1st NOTES2 was gone but its refcoung according to the .NBF section still shows 1 The old Notes2 process had an Init/Term off by one due to com/ibm/collaboration/realtime/people/lln/NameLookupDaemon
