Error description
Some users are unable to see the entire message history of some messages. It appears to happen after a number of replies but is not reprodocible. These are messages in Notes rich text format. This happens in both standard and basic with the embedded browser enabled or disabled. The full message will display when viewing from Inotes I have found 1 work around of adding KeepRepliesOpen=1 to the notes.ini. This notes.ini was introduced in 8.5.2 to expand the history of messages.
