LO57302: EXTRACT ID FROM VAULT RESULTS IN ERROR WITHOUT ATTRIBUTE DELETE DOCUMENTS SELECTED

APAR status

Error description

• When trying to extract ids from the vault database using the
  "Extract ID from
  vault" tool in the Domino Administrator Client, with Editor
  access level and
  the auditor role checked without the attribute 'Delete
  documents' selected will
  result in the error "Server error: You are not authorized to
  perform that
  operation".  Once the attribute 'Delete
  documents' is
  selected, the user can extract ids from the vault without any
  errors.  Delete
  documents should not be necessary to extract ids from the vault
  since we are
  not making a deletion to the vault such as deleting the ids file
  or document
  itself.
  

Local fix

• In addition to the auditor role selected, delete documents
  attribute will need
  to be selected as well for the extraction of ids from the vault
  to work.
