LO57207: FOLDERS IN NOTES DATABASES DISAPPEAR RANDOMLY

Error description

• A couple of users encountered folders disappearing randomly.
  The mails in the missing folders can be found in the All
  Documents view. It is just the folders missing.
  
  The customer sent in a sample database in which there are 500+
  folders. It is suspected the folders more possibly disappear
  when too many folders exist in the Notes databases. So the
  customer was suggested to create folders under 100 in a Notes
  database as best practice.  However, the customer didn't accept
  at all with following response:
  
  1)User is not getting any error when creating new folders then
  or now
  2)User has not reached any limit in which the error is
  triggered. If Notes has been set up to allow a certain number of
  folders, and the user has not met that limit yet, Notes should
  have no problem in handling what the user has.
