Error description

  • Problem:
    
    If you try to print a external mail> with FILE> Print, mail
    opens the default
    Windows XP based Print window Instead of Notes print window
    
    : - for internal mails the print window of notes is displayed
    
      - for external mails only windows print dialog is opened up
    
      - if he opens the admin client everything works fine
    
    Issued tested an reproducible
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    
    take one external mail and other internal mail:
    
    Note that does not happen in ALL external mail, you need to try
    in different
    ones till you see the print window below.
    

Local fix

  • To let Lotus Notes handle the print for Internet mail, use the
    follwing notes.ini parameter:
    
    BrowserRenderPrintNotes=1.
