Error description

• Intermittant Netspool Bind errors can occur. Either of the
  following sense codes can occur:
  Bind Failure Vtam code x'1001' sna sense 081c0191 or
  BINDF failure Reason code 10 sna sense 018c0190
  A restart of the Netspool address space is needed to clear the
  error.
  Additional symptoms:
  Abend0c4 in apippaaa
  MSGDFHZC2405 with Vtam code x'1000' ising CICS ( DFHZC2405 )

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: NetSpool may not properly refresh the   *
  *                      EOF Rules or Page Format Table from the *
  *                      Print Characteristics Data Set or the   *
  *                      IPPrintWay Routing and Options Data     *
  *                      Set. Default entries were not always    *
  *                      established causing the bind errors     *
  *                      indicating that the entries in the      *
  *                      tables could not be found.              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the applicable PTF.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  NetSpool needed to fix the logic to handle updating the End-Of-
  File Rules and Page Format information when REFRESH command is
  issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• NetSpool was corrected to properly establish the default EOF
  rules and Page Format Table entries.
