Error description

• ABEND0A9 rc7078 in istorfbd or rc7079 in istorfba.
  Reg5 points to an overlaid LP buffer.  Backing up x'800'
  bytes from that address will bring you to the LP buffer
  that precedes the overlaid buffer.  This preceding LP
  buffer starts with an RPH - the first two bytes of it are
  x'01C4'.  At +x'18' in this RPH is a pointer to the
  characters 'DGTC'.

  *                      datagram read pab, ISTIPCDR.            *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  During SNA/IP datagram read processing, the UDP read
  pab (ISTIPCDR) exceeding its 2K CRA went over to
  the next CRA destroying the fence of the CRA below it.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISTIPC2D has been changed to increase the datagram read/write
  pab CRA to 4K.
