Error description

• Enter command 'ISPLIBD' from 'INFORMATION CENTRE FACILITY'
  ICF menu result in error : MSGSMG999 invalid message id.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: MSGCMG999 occurs running the ISPLIBD    *
  *                      command from the ICF application.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  MSGCMG999 may occur running the ISPLIBD command from an
  application the VDEFINE'S variable ZTDMARK. The Information
  Center Facility product issues a VDEFINE for ZTDMARK and
  does not immediately initialize the value. The ISPLIBD
  command also issues a VDEFINE for this variable, but the
  command as defined in ISPCMDS specifies the NOFUNC keyword.
  This causes a conflict over the variable since the same
  function pool is now used by both ICF and the ISPLIBD
  command.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ISPCMDS command table has been updated to remove the
  NOFUNC keyword from the ISPLIBD command table entry.
  ISPLLS has also been changed to uppercase the DDNAME parameter
  passed to ISPLIBD so that error checking for the ISPPROF
  DDNAME is handled correctly.
