APAR status

Error description

• When a copy or move of PDS members is performed from ISPF option
  3.3 and some of the processed members are orphaned aliases,
  those members are copied/moved to the target data set as primary
  members.  However, the message that is issued does not provide
  any indication that those members were copied/moved in this way.
  Orphaned aliases are members that are flagged as aliases, but
  the primary member does not exist in the data set or the TTR of
  the alias does not match the TTR of the primary member.

  ISPF is not keeping track of the fact that some of the
  copied/moved members are orphaned aliases that are copied/moved
  as primary members.  Therefore, the issued message provides no
  indication that it was done.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISRUMCS is modified to keep track of the number of orphaned
  aliases that are copied/moved as primary members.
  ISRUMC is modified to check if any orphaned aliases are
  copied/moved as primary members and to issue appropriate
  messages.
