Error description

• When a system joins a sysplex module KS3SAXCG may detect an
  error and take an SVC dump.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An abend occurs in KS3SAXCG when new    *
  *                      systems are IPLed into the sysplex.     *
  *                      The dump title is 'OMEGAMON STORAGE     *
  *                      SPACE PROCESSING FAILURE IN KS3SAXCG'.  *
  *                      This occurs because the existing code   *
  *                      assumes all systems are already IPLed   *
  *                      when the agent starts. The agent        *
  *                      builds an internal table of systems in  *
  *                      the plex. Whenever data comes in from   *
  *                      a system the table is searched and if   *
  *                      the system is not found in the table    *
  *                      it is assumed to be a fatal error.      *
  *                      Code has been modified to build a       *
  *                      table to hold the maximum possible      *
  *                      number of systems in a plex. This       *
  *                      table is searched completely when       *
  *                      system data arrives and, if the system  *
  *                      is not already in the table, a new      *
  *                      entry is added to the first available   *
  *                      slot in the table.                      *
