WRT Installation not supported on network drives under Windows

Question

Under Windows, you log on as Administrator and attempt to install the Web Response Time (WRT) agent on a network drive, the installation fails, and the ITM_HOME\tmaitm6\wrm directory is not created. How do you recover?
